I would have thought if you are COVID + you shouldn't work despite being asymptomatic

1) Situation 1 – pending COVID-19 test results but completed 14 day home quarantine.
What to do?
 On 15th day, asymptomatic or symptomatic staff to attend in ER for clinical evaluation.
 If staff is symptomatic, ER doctor to manage as per the clinical presentation.

2) Situation 2 – one COVID-19 test result is negative and completed 14 day home quarantine.
What to do?
 Asymptomatic or symptomatic staff to attend in ER for clinical evaluation.

3) Situation 3 – two negative COVID-19 test results but 14 day home quarantine not completed.
What to do?
 For asymptomatic staff to resume work; monitor health for 14 days from
last day of possible contact and ER evaluation is no longer required.
 For symptomatic staff to attend in ER for further clinical evaluation.

Always wear a mask, universal precautions.
You have to have faith your training will protect you yet if patient is positive full gear, N95. If you have decided you are still working as a nurse there and many have left; find the place in your heart to calm down, question everything anything you feel is not right and protectonic your self, your family, patients . I am off now in quarantine, tested Neg and still out due to a very resistant pneumonia?
When I go back, I will have to remember my words here. Trust yourself and your training.
