Being afraid is ok

I honestly think a lot us are afraid of the unknown. COVID-19 is real and it's scary. Since becoming an ICU nurse I have learned to mask my feelings very well. What has helped me is knowing that a lot of co-workers share the same feelings as myself. When I'm having a rough day I reach out to my peers for guidance. I also make sure I time for myself each day, wether it's working out for 30 minutes or reading a book. I also take full advantage of having a Mepra moment in the medication room. I take 10-30…
